The location was top, very close to the old town and most of the attractions and it was 5 minutes walking from the central station for trains and busses. The staff were very nice, friendly and spoke very good English. The room was big and clean and had everything we needed including a kettle, coffee and tea.

Great location close to Annecy rail station, attractions and downtown. We stayed in the top level (4th floor) for three nights. That floor seemed added to since no elevator access. It was quiet. We felt comfortable to live there. The front desk staff seemed friendly and logged our requests such as for towels, toilet paper and coffee/teas.

Absolutely everything was perfect. I am an Airbnb person but in Annecy the same price apartment just doesn’t worth it. For me there are several things that matter: quality of bed, temperature in the room, good shower and light. This hotel meets all of them and more. All the stuff just the nicest people on earth, smily, sweet and welcoming, they happy help with everything you need. It felt better then any luxury hotel can fell for the really normal and reasonable price. I was in love with that place. The room was warm, the bed was very good, mattresses and pillows. The shower is big and the mirror light in the shower very well. The location just perfect!! Very good and beautiful neighborhood, the train station just around the corner, all the old city is there because the train station just 3 min walk from the old city. Or it is the old city. It’s 10 min of a beautiful walk to the lake, so wherever you wanna go it’s just right there. I was very pleased and would definitely come again.

We stayed for one night on our way from southern France to Chamonix and enjoyed it a lot! We arrived early so we were very happy to hear that our left luggage would be moved into our room while we explored the town before check-in (very good service). The location was amazing for us, which is right next to the train station and just a few blocks away from the main areas of Annecy. On arrival we returned our car to the train station, and we left on a bus from the very same spot the day after, so it was just super convenient. Right next to the hotel there were interesting design shops and explorable pathways, so it was nice to walk around. The room was clean and large enough for our group.

The hotel is perfectly located near the bus station and within walking distance of the old town, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Annecy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, offering great value for money.

Great location on the edge of the old town area, 2 minute walk to the canals, bars and restaurants. Our initial room was small and smelt of cigarettes, but a quick visit back to reception and we were moved to a large (sweet smelling!) room with a balcony on a corner.

The staff were very helpful, considerate and helpful. The breakfast was very good, but like most coffee machines the UHT(heated treated)milk spoils the taste of the coffee. Very close to the train/bus station for day trips around the area.

The location is perfect, the room was small but very cozy, exactly what we needed for 2 nights stay. The only downside is the pillows , they were very flat and not nice to sleep on, but on the other hand the bed was sooo comfy and big. I was so surprised by the hairdryer as well, usually hotels don't have good hairdryers, but this one was amazing! Amazing breakfast with many choices!

Great location right next to the station and bus station. Short walk to the old town and lake. Staff very friendly and room comfortable.

Good location, once we found it. We were able to park very close in a secure car park and were refunded the cost of the overnight stay when we left the next day. Helpful staff. Basic room but had everything we needed for a one night stay. Wi-Fi worked well. Late check out time.
